Well, it certainly calls for optimism, but we can't get too ahead of ourselves. We do know that an Israeli team is right now studying this proposal and will issue a response very, very shortly. But what we do know is that according to the Israelis, this proposal that Hamas has agreed to over the last minutes is a different proposal than what Israel has already agreed to. Now what we do need to remember here is just the amount of pressure on the Israeli establishment, specifically the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to come to some sort of an agreement. Right now at this hour, there are wild demonstrations taking place across Israel. The family members of these 130 or so Israeli hostages that are still being held in the strip, they are demonstrating. They are blocking roads. They are burning things on the road, setting fire to things demanding that the Prime Minister Netanyahu do a deal and accept this deal that Hamas has said that it accepts now. So certainly a lot of pressure on Netanyahu, but on the other hand, there's of course pressure from the far right flank of his government. We've already heard from the National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gavir. He's basically said in a rough translation from Hebrew to English, enough of these Hamas games. It's time for us to now go down into Rafah. So certainly a lot will hinge on these next few minutes, these next few hours. Once we do get this official confirmation from the Israelis. But certainly there is optimism here around the region that finally this war may in fact come to an end.

A prominent member of Israel's war cabinet, Benny Gantz, has threatened to quit if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu doesn't outline a post-war plan for Gaza by early next month. There's also pressure from protesters who are calling on the government to do more to secure the release of captives.
